Capital Oil & Fats Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 9 December 2009. The said company was set up primarily to collect Used Cooking Oil (UCO) from restaurants, fast food chains and shopping food manufacturer in Klang Valley. Later, Capital Oil & Fats has been branching out its UCO collection business to other states within Malaysia for example Ipoh, Penang, and Johor.
With the increasing recognition of the importance of properly disposing UCO while at the same time providing valuable revenue stream, demand of UCO collection has been increasing rapidly these few years. UCO has been widely use in industries such as soap, feed additives and alternative fuels. Looking it as opportunity, Capital Oil & Fats has expanded its operation supplying UCO as sustainable feedstock for use in biodiesel and biofuel industries.
Capital Oil & Fats provide the food service industry with reliable and valuable collection services ensuring that UCO collection is on-time and efficient so that they can concentrate on business operations without worrying about insufficient UCO storage space. Responsibility and Customer Guarantees
Capital Oil & Fats is fully accredited and insured to collect all UCO and process them into a raw material for the production of biodiesel.
We are certified as collection point for UCO under International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC EU) which complies requirement of the Renewable Energy Directive (RED) . We are inspected by an accredited independent auditing company to the standard defined by the ISCC every year to prove the traceability and sustainabilty of the UCO collected.
Capital Oil & Fats is also a member of the Association of Used Cooking Oil Development Malaysia(AUCO). The Association unites the entire key player in UCO industry Malaysia to strengthen the UCO collection best practice, protecting industrial interest and promoting environmental stewardship and sustainability
